Challenge:
The closure of fitness centers due to COVID-19 restrictions has deprived individuals of access to structured workout facilities and equipment, hindering their ability to maintain physical fitness and overall well-being.
Challenge:
The scarcity of well-trained yoga instructors poses a challenge for individuals seeking guidance and expertise in adopting yoga as a means to enhance their physical and mental health, especially amidst the pandemic when in-person classes are limited.
Challenge:
The pervasive fear and uncertainty surrounding the virus outbreak have dampened motivation levels among individuals to engage in regular exercise and healthy lifestyle practices, impeding their ability to prioritize physical activity.
Challenge:
The transition to remote work setups has resulted in individuals grappling with time constraints and blurred work-life boundaries, making it challenging to allocate sufficient time for exercise and self-care activities.
Challenge:
The absence of personalized diet plans tailored to complement individuals' exercise routines and fitness goals hinders their ability to make informed dietary choices and optimize their overall health and well-being.
Challenge:
Individuals resorting to half-explained workout videos on platforms like YouTube may encounter challenges in comprehending proper exercise techniques, leading to the risk of injury and ineffective workout regimens.
Challenge:
Vulnerable groups such as children and elderly individuals face restricted access to physical activities and recreational facilities due to COVID-19 safety measures, exacerbating sedentary lifestyles and associated health risks.
Challenge:
Despite the growing interest in holistic wellness approaches, the lack of dedicated platforms and resources for Ayurveda and homeopathy diminishes individuals' access to alternative healing modalities that could complement conventional medical treatments and promote holistic well-being.

Both male and female individuals who are motivated to break free from unhealthy lifestyle habits.
Individuals who are passionate about fitness and enjoy taking on challenges to push their limits.
Allergies or adverse reactions from antibiotics and are seeking alternative methods for well-being.
Those dealing with mental stress, anxiety, depression, PCOD, and IBS, and know the importance of mental health and wellness.
Recovered from COVID-19 and are looking to rebuild their strength, boost their immunity, and regain their overall health.
Children needing support to stay active and adopt healthy habits, along with elderly individuals managing health issues.
In my research, I utilized both qualitative and quantitative methods to assess user needs and explore their fitness experiences amid the current pandemic situation. Given the prevalent concerns about visiting fitness centers due to lockdown restrictions and apprehensions, I tailored the research to focus on home workout sessions. Specifically, I conducted qualitative interviews with approximately 8 to 10 users and surveyed over 50 users to gather insights. I sought to understand their perspectives on topics such as yoga, Ayurveda, homeopathy, and other holistic practices. Additionally, I welcomed suggestions to enhance our app's offerings.
